Looking to send out bulk emails to our list of federal employees. These emails need to be secure and Coded (HTML) as we need to get through the government blocking/spam system. This is a test trial, if this works out we will need to send 10,000+ emails a month. I have attached the email template that we need. We would like to test 500 emails before moving forward to see if the emails get sent to the inbox or spam
