Our team is growing and are looking for a B2C AdWords Specialist Freelancer to identify and establish acquisition channels for platform-based acquisition that are in line with our criteria that define the effectiveness and scalability of a channel. Goals To identify and establish acquisition channels for platform-based acquisition that are in line with our criteria that define the effectiveness and scalability of a channel: Predictability: Ability of the channel to be able to deliver on a consistent and reliable basis. Measurability: The ability to accurately track the CAC, and its variance, on the channel. Reach: How many potential users/new leads do we have access to. Scope We are looking for someone to effectively kick off and implement our AdWords strategy through lean testing and experimentation, demonstrating success before expanding campaigns to deliver consistently across a variety of areas and roles. We are also looking for someone to deliver recommendations in how to optimise conversion rates through landing pages and ad copy, as well as sharing expertise and best practices with our internal marketing team with the aim of bringing this channel in-house in the long term. Success You can meet our three criteria of what makes an effective and scalable acquisition channel. We can track key metrics, such as CAC/suitable user, and we know the reach and scalability/longevity of the channel. It proves to be a predictable channel (within the margin of error) that while not initially capital efficient, has clear areas of improvement and refinement that you can implement moving forward. Scalability - This formula should be able to serve as a template to future campaigns.
