Social Media Expert Needed

We are looking for a social media expert capable of helping us to take our website's social network strategy and actions to another level. The first thing that the freelance will have to do is to create a custom social media plan based on our business situation and goals. This plan will need to have a clear set of SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-sensitive). Some of our initial social media goals/guidelines can be: *Create engagement with potential followers (i.e. Fans and people related with the adult niche) *Get engaged followers/likes that sign up on our website, purchase our membership plans and products and help us spread our messages and promotions. *Keep always our social networks active, generating content and interaction. *Keep always our brand tone of voice, motivation and philosophy intact in every little interaction that is done. *Win credibility and trust as a brand. Demonstrate always that we are a great player aiming to ambitious goals. *Make our brand visible among the other important social media profiles in our niche. *100 followers/day should be the minimum we should be generating on Twitter. It is not that much, we have got this amount with a single mention to a popular page instantly a lot of times. (Obviously not black hat allowed. It will be checked if they have been accomplished through natural interaction and if they are active accounts from our target countries. If we find that you are not working professionally we will finish the contract immediately without paying.) What we expect from candidates: Qualifications for this job are the following:  *Provable experience and success on Social Media Management and Marketing. *Capable of focusing on our project and showing involvement in helping accomplish our goals from the first minute. * Intensive knowledge in using social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, etc.   *Experience with marketing websites, from adult sector will be valued. *Capable of keeping track of his activities and results in a professional format * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Meticulous, result-oriented, quick-witted, confident, motivated, and able to take initiative * College degree holder is an advantage NOTES: *NO upfront payments nor hourly contracts are allowed. We wont create any milestone until the moment we are going to release it. If you want that conditions don't apply. *We pay monthly based on results. Bonus for exceptional results and for involvement in our projects are very common for us.
