Student Immigration Consultancy project

My name is Garry, and we are about to launch a new program of student immigration from India to Canada. For doing this, we are in need of some experienced immigration consultants to become our partner. This is at the conceptual stage as of now, so there is NO WEBSITE or nothing to describe this as such.
