hello, I read your description. I can make the 5 maps required. For the base (only country shape and borders of states?) I will use the free Natural Earth vector data. You will receive SVG files (vector format, can be imported to Illustrator or Inkscape) of the maps and also the locations (184 point) in kml format (can be loaded to Google Earth and GIS tools).

I can do your project doing the following steps: 1) To obtain coordinates (longitude and latitude): Using R software, from the list of addresses. 2) To save coordinates in a .csv file (so the new coordinates could be added later.) 3) Using these coordinates, data could be shown in a map using Q-gis. 4) Aesthetics features of points (groups/ categories) could be modified using Q-gis too. Hi sir, i had read about you project and also looked at the excel sheet from the provided link, i am willing to do this task. There are few things i want to know, first you said that you want to these maps and these maps needed to be update when new locations are added. Here are something i want to clear, If we make these maps on GIS softwares like ArcGIS, QGIS or GRASS etc, then we need to update these maps manually. It will not be a difficult process and if you want it to be done in this way i will provide you a with a step by step video. Now, the second thing come, if you want web based mapping, it is also possible. We can use google maps API or can choose open street maps which is free and open source. We will need a databse and all you have to do is enter the data into the database and the map will automatically updated. Kindly message me so that we can discuss on this project.
