I am after someone who can create an animated cartoon for a web series. Two episodes have been made already in a certain style but am willing to change it to a different style to suite your strength.

We would be creating Episode 3. We have created it as a comic and it is attached. it would consist of the three main characters and 5x back ground characters.
If doing it in a completely different style, we will need you to create the characters and have them approved first before continuing.
The episodes last between 5-10 minutes.
The budget per episode is about $800 (but can be a little flexible). There are going to be 25 other episodes and as the episodes get longer the budget will increase. This could be a good earner for someone wanting non stop work.
There is no time frame on the release of this episode, however 5-6 months is what we were hoping for.
You will just be required to do the animation. All voice over, sounds and music will be provided. Advise when you would like each of them so you can ensure the animation matches the lip flaps and tone.
