Recruitment illustrations (x 3)

I need 3 separate illustrations for a new recruitment website. 1. A mature (female) professional in a workshop Session with a small group (whiteboard, laptops etc.). The professional should be highlighted in some way (perhaps the others are not drawn in as much detail?). NOTE: The purpose of the image is to show a mature person (indicative of 50+ but NOT elderly) happy at playing an active role in a professional environment. 2. A stressed (female) manager with a male colleague looking at an organisation structure/chart with a few positions filled and lots of “vacant” roles and a whiteboard in the background showing a schedule and the word “deadline” in big letters. NOTE: The purpose of the image is to show that the managers have people to hire (vacant professional roles) in their team structure and a schedule/deadline in the background. 3. A (male) recruitment agent looking at a role description and CV with a tick next to every skill with a big red “X” drawn at the top of the CV (by them) and a comment that says “overqualified” NOTE: The purpose of the illustration is to show 2 recruitment agents looking at a CV of someone that matches all the requirements but they are rejecting the person because they are “too qualified”. The tone required is fun but professional/corporate. It’s for a new B2C website which will be blue/grey/white. My preference is that only 2-3 colours are used in the illustrations. They should be either sufficiently simple or sufficiently detailed to look good and convey the intended meaning when viewed on both mobile and web.
