Picto's and illustration (sceneries) for educational project (children from age of 5) - repost

Mediaheads is a dutch software studio targeting the educational (app) market. We've created several platforms and app which are used at school. We would like to hire an experienced designer who can 1) design around 23 picto's or so called "Pecs" (more detailed picto's) for us. 2) 1 scenery (farm with 3 objects please inquire) in which the pecs will return. Children have to look at the scenery and pick or point at the pecs they see in the projected image The content will be used in apps and a device (hardware table) which is developed especially for disabled children (more details will follow). The project can lead to an extension if the result is approved. We would like to start small (so with the design of the pecs (1)). If things goes as planned and everybody is happy we can continue.
