Need a painter to paint an African wall border in my room

I am in the process of building a new condo. The theme of the master bedroom will be African. I want a border around the tray ceiling to reflect this. In a previous condo, I purchased kente cloth and had it mounted around a tray ceiling (See attached photo). Unfortunately, the cloth was stapled to the tray ceiling and so did not fare well when I moved. I have not been able to find kente cloth with this rich blue color and design ever since either in cloth or a good wallpaper border. My handyman suggested I hire a painter to design and paint the border. While I love the idea, I don't know if I can afford to pay an artist to do this. The border is approximately 50' square and is about 8' above the floor. So the artist must bring and be able to work on a ladder. My objective is to have the work completed before I move in on October 15, 2018. But if need be, the work can be completed after I move in. But there will then be bedroom furniture in the way.
