Write a plugin and/or Add & Set up ready plugins to complete functionalities of a wordpress site

The plugin of mix of plugins must help complete the website, which was set up to provide an online platform for simple offline purchasing and logistic operations. Requested functionalities of the website is: A. Integration of 3 different types of forms: 1. Purchase Order, 2. Advanced shipping note 3. Packing List 4. Forms must be searchable per field and available on their list page to be created yet. B. Automation of emails 1. Upon Purchase order upload - creation 2. Upon Advanced shipping note creation 3. Upon forms update 4. Email templates must be integrated. C. Schedule update 1. Upon selected input request via forms 2. Upon selected input added on form D. Work Flow Chart 1. using ready elements of template 2. Upon manual input or automated schedule update 3. Work Flow main points: PO created, ASN created, Inspection Requested, ASN Accepted, PL created, Shipping Confirmed, Delivery Completed. E. Group Levels : 1. CVS integration of users 2. Selecting capabilities set up of users The website is up and the majority of pages has been created. You only need to create the pages related to functions.
