In each delivery points – placed unique QR code.
Costumer scans the QR code and get sent to the page with a menu, where he can place an order and make a payment transaction.
The order data is transmitted to the restaurant's email or personal account on the Service website, in addition the order information (F&B items, time, payment status, customer contacts)- and also shows from which delivery point the order was placed
The order get accepted by the manager of the restaurant and gets delivered to the table by the waiter
Choice of payments method
- Online payment is required for confirming the order by the customer, (entering card details or Apple / Google Pay)
- Online payment is NOT required for confirming the order, customer can pay by cash or by card at the end
In a personal account, the owner can see the customer's data, sales statistics, history of orders, can make a changes in the menu and update the stop-list.
The owner sets the list of required contact details for the customer.
It can be: phone, name, social account, email.
For food court and park, is possible to connect to the Service - numerous restaurants.
Menu of each of them will be available to the customer.
For parks or shopping centers this is an opportunity to present visitors their advertisement, sales offer and/or calendar of events.
To place an order in parks and food courts, it is necessary to pay in advance - on-line - by entering card details or through Apple / Google Pay + also ask costumer to insert his phone number.
Delivery to the table is performed by the restaurant’s employee, food court's employee or kiosk's employee.
