Need a web based dialer built to make calls to phones from the web page using the Twilio VOIP API. The project should be done on an .Net technologies (ASPX) page with server side scripting done in C# and client side scripting done in javascript. Details: Build an aspx page with a static phone number. When the phone number is clicked popup a dialer on the right margin of the web page which connects to that number and enables one to talk to the customer using the microphone and speaker on the computer. The dialer should have the following elements: (1) All the keypad numbers to be able to dial any number of choice. (2) Dial and Disconnect buttons (3) Mute button This project is primarily about building a simple dialer functionality which can then be integrated into a separate web based solution we are building.

This is do-able by using Twilio REST API. So, the javascript wrapped as a dynamic html would consume the Twilio API for handling call initiate, call pickup, call hangup, etc.
