But I wanted to warn you that the server on the ESP8266 will be weak and unstable, no more than about 8 clients (ESP memory limitation), only with QoS=0 and without TLS encryption. The best choice in this case would be a Raspberry Pi or similar with an installed mosquitto broker, it's reliable and stable, my tests show stable operation 24/7 without a failures. Also for the clients, you need to specify the local IP address of the server, this can be added to the HTML GUI as "local server" or similar field.
