Need to build "Resource Management Portal" using Python/Flask

I need a small web based resource management portal to record the employee count by sites/days/weeks/ or months or by roles etc. There are few steps to be done. 1. First Page Select the couple of items such as project / domain [login to view URL] drop down menu ( This list need to be update by admin ) 2. Second Page once selected, it goes to dashboard and also give option to fill the form Dashboard to show the resource count as per today for each role and site There are other format also to be report by graph for each month or week etc. 3. Form There is a form to fill which has options to fill such as Name, Phone, Desk Phone, Leave Start Date, Leave End date and around 10 more columns. The dashboard works based on these inputs. By default person always working on project once added in the list and need to do data processing based on form for dashboard.
