Multi Player Crypto Currency Game website / app

I need a responsive website. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. What I have in mind is a simple game that can be played live with other players who are online. The game will allow players to join by transferring a small amount of crypto currency (like ETH) and provide the opportunity to win bonuses in the same currency. I need someone who can help me build a simple front end that allows players to log in - set up an account and add crypto currency to their account. Then be able to engage and chat with other online players in a simple game where they stand the chance to increase their account value. The main objective is to create a simple to join multi-player game Environment for either mobile or desktop which encourages as many as possible players (as the rewards will be linked to number of players). In additon the interface should allow for live chat function so players can invite more players and interact with other online players. I need someone who is keen to colaborate on something fun and is willing to walk me through the build step by step. There is no rush for me. I want passionate partner to work with closely.
