Make a simple responcive meetup application

Made on responsive bootstrap. I have created mookup for the design that is enclosed, as well as a video where I have explained and gone through all the features. Milestone when one can post a meetup, it is visible. One can search up the city, zoom in and out. And all the functions of the application work. when the design is finished and it looks good on different screens. 2. Milestone when pixel and tag manager is set up and it counts the right conversions on facebbok, adwords, analytics and no missing in googel webmaster tool, and the meetups are searchable / found by google 3. When automatic posting of meetup works on facebook and adwords. 4. When the application is completely finished, everything is uploaded in the bitbucket, it is live email notification works and the whole application works like told on video. And organic seo is workig greate with posting meetups etc. Please, When you make an offer, I will ask you thies questions: 1. Have you downloaded and reviewed the video description of the job? 2.I have set up the price per hour. But I want you to give me a fixed price for the whole job. What is your fixed price for this job? 3. Have you made some applications native or web that involve googel maps/ pin on map, location etc? 4. Did you understand that I want each meetup posting to be transfer through api or script automatically transfer the meetup to create an ad on facebook and adwords. If this was unclear I can explain it more. But this is a critical part. Is it possible to get this automated? 5. This is a website, not nativ mobile app. What du do you recomand in back, frontend etc.? Keep in mind if this is working and peopel want this app. It shold be easy to transfer to native later. So what syatem du you recomand?
