Get a new website

Our Business is located in middle europe. We are a young and small company with an specialised portfolio and we are related to the construction material industry. We need a new Website. >Aims:  To portray the company short but properly, in line with our brand values  To position us correctly in the market place alongside our competitors  To increase traffic to the website  To generate enquiries/sales  To move into new markets outside Germany (multilinguistic) >Scope/size of the website We anticipate that the website can be realised as a one-pager with a protected “member area” for registered users taking all the technical information. Maybe it is needed to launch also two or three micro-sites as landing pages for the product- groups, but also this can be a one-pager. >Features and functionality We want to have a short video on the main site such as [login to view URL] or, a bit less exciting [login to view URL] >portfolio section, showing 3-6 product ranges (although this will be added to in future). Each product range leads to a new page with descrption, information and photos. >SHOP: The shop shall have an public area and a protected member area which offers e.g. prices and additional content like installation manual, drawings, subscription text etc.. furthermore, the Shopfinder should be located here. Shopfinder map, showing the area we cover, and possibly showing where we’ve completed featured projects >Blog/News section > Enquiry form >Helpdesk – visitor can leave a ticket and get a response to his problem >Protected area for technical information for professional clients like wholesaler, architects or constructors (e.g. WP Members or WP Optimisepress & WP DigiMember) >Configurator functionality on one product group (e.g. Multistep Product Configurator for WooCommerce) >Updating content We need to be able to update the following types of content on a regular basis inhouse. We have no staff that has experience using CMS, therefore it would be useful if the new website was built using WordPress or something similar whilst we feel that this is an easy to learn way. >Blog/news items (at least once per month) >Projects (we may need to add one every couple of months) furthermore: multilanguage Any other changes to the site will need to be carried out by our chosen agency.
