We require a mobile app to be developed in a cross platform environment with strong preference to Xamarin but we are open to other Cross platform development languages.

The app will talk to our server over HTTP and HTTPS and will use WebServices commands such as POST and GET to query and create on the server.

Results are typically returned as XML, which will need to be parsed and processed.

All required commands and formats will be provided in the detailed software specification.

Application has about 17 different screens, most are basic in functionality but some require strong logic and coding ability. Also needs to be able to generate, store and read QR codes which contain very basic data.

Please only apply if you are genuinely interested, meet ALL the following conditions which MUST BE ADDRESSED AND CONFIRMED in your response. Note that all generic responses will be deleted immediately.

1 - Please specify the language you'll be developing the app in.

2 - Must be available for immediate start and be able to allocate time daily and not treat this as some hobby in between other activities.

3 - Should there be a need, the developer must be available to communicate with us between the hours of 9am and 4pm (GMT+8 time). We prefer not to have to wait 8 hours for a response to an email.

4 - Source code for the app must be provided to us upon every milestone payment and final version upon final payment.

5 - Code must conform to Programming Best Practice & Standards with description for each routines, methods, blocks, variables etc...

6 - Strong English language a must.

7 - While this is not a strict condition, ideally developer will have a static IP address so that they can be allowed through our firewall for testing purposes or at least have an IP address that does not change every day or two.
