Fixed Header for Website

I need a fixed header for my calendar. There are four calendar views. The fixed header must work for all views. This is a responsive / mobile friendly website so the fixed header for the calendar days must be responsive like the calendar blocks. They must align properly regardless of screen size. I must be 100% satisfied with the solution. Write 'css monkey' in your response so I know you have read and understood this post. I need this fix within 24 hours from awarding the project - sooner if possible. The solution cannot involve me revamping the entire layout. You will be required to give me steps to fixing the header and whatever else needs to be done for this to work. Provide documentation - thanks!
