Fix the button to display the iframe

I need some help with my html code, I am using css to create a background, size and color for the button. I want to display canvas popup using iframe when I click on a button. I have created a canvas popup which it will display the box but you can't see the background. Here is the link that you can see where I can get the capture page from.
