Hi, May you provide some samples of pdfs that will be uploaded to the service for signing? Essentially you are looking for a pdf editor online which only allows the user to sign their signature using their mouse and in this case I can make a mobile version which allows users to sign with their finger or pen on the screen as long as it's touch screen. Once the pdf is signed it will get a status update of pending which in return will allow you the admin to approve the pdf and review it by downloading it. Once approved, the pdf status will be updated to complete and will be updated on the users end meaning the user can no longer edit the pdf that has already been approved. Where will you be hosting this service and how many users do you expect to get? How big would 1 pdf file be and what type of servers do you currently have setup resource wise by cpu/ram and storage? I quote the budget as $8,000 because I know what it takes to create such a service and have worked on government solutions that do what you are asking for. I can always create wireframes for you to have a look at before we decide on price and project final requirements. May you provide some more info on how you want the app to work?
