Dynamic Country + Province dropdown with Javascript (Urgent!)

I need classic Country + Province dropdown for webpage where provinces change based on country selected. This code will be integrated into a bigger page, but for now just need these 2 dropdowns. Requirements: - create a page that has country drop down that is visible & province dropdown that is not visible at first. - the country dropdown is populated from a file (not sure best way to do this, text file, json file, or maybe its easiest to have this as part of JS file) - the countries in a file will be displayed in same order as in the file and might be duplicated - for example might have US, Canada at the top, then ----, then other countries that also have US, Canada again. - once a country is selected, if it has provinces, the provinces dropdown will be populated with the provinces and made visible. If another country is selected that doesn't have provinces, the provinces dropdown is cleared and is hidden. Deliverable: - working HTLM page with 2 dropdowns - any JS files needed - any data files needed No worries about styling. I need this done in 1-2 days. Pretty urgent.
