Develop an webapp interface for a mobile web application

RealSpot is a webApp for the smartphone (all types) to manage real estate properties. A first design of the major application screens was made using PowerPoint. These can be made available in e.g. jpeg. Attached you find a lookbook I created to get a rough idea what the application looks like: the navigation, overview screens, action flows etc. The task is to create an html/css/ajax interface which later on can be transferred to a developer to link this interface to a database (functional and technical analysis including the data model is already defined). The outcome should be a clickable interface which can be browsed but of course does not have any functionality working.
