Create an SQL database or similar with a web based GUI (backend & frontend) Not awarding project right now - need to discuss with potential freelancers, before undertaking further research. I‘m looking for someone to create a SQL database that i can use to input information into various categories. In the long term I am trying to create a website that maps connections between hundreds of people. It will contain images and text, in multiple categories. If you understand the task, and believe social networking software is more appropriate than SQL, this is acceptable. The database needs to be modified via a web based GUI backend, and visualised in browsers through a separate frontend site. As a Big Data Consultant, I spend a lot of hours on the back end using SQL. I also have substantial experience providing front end applications for both internal & external stakeholders. If you're interested, I believe there are a few cloud solutions available that are capable of housing both the back end and front end for this solution that would be worth considering. Not only would it simplify the management aspect, but it will also be cheaper in the long run and much easier to scale compared to an on-premise/hybrid solution.
