Create a javascript function

[login to view URL] Using the fiddle above make a javascript function that will 1) Check the current datetime 2) For all completed months in the current year set them to 10/10 3) For the current month : Take 48 modulo the current time (in military time) and set that as the number of positions (never exceeding 10) For the next month: Take 24 modulo the current time (in military time) and set that as the number of positions (never exceeding 10) For the next month: Take 12 modulo the current time (in military time) and set that as the number of positions (never exceeding 10) For the next month: Take 6 modulo the current time (in military time) and set that as the number of positions (never exceeding 10) For the next month: Take 3 modulo the current time (in military time) and set that as the number of positions (never exceeding 10) For example: It is currently February 6th at 18:54. The html should show January: 10/10 February: 6/10 March: 10/10 April: 6/10 May: 3/10 June: 2/10 July: 0/10 August: 0/10 September: 0/10 October: 0/10 November: 0/10 December: 0/10 It would be nice if there was an animation feature as it loaded the current positions.
