An android application currently exists, but I need to make it into an iPhone application. Source code for an Android application class will be provided and I want it to be converted into the Xcode and IOS system. I just need a single class converted, so it should be a fairly short project. The GitHub code is attached below. Advanced Python, Java, and Swift knowledge will be needed as well as some Jsoup HTML. Must be able to communicate in English thoroughly. PROJECT CONTRACT: OWNERSHIP RIGHTS: A. It is understood and agreed that the Software is being developed by Software Developer for the sole and exclusive use of Yonathan Zetune and that Yonathan Zetune shall be deemed the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest therein, including all copyright and proprietary rights relating thereto. All work performed by Software Developer on Software and any supporting materials and documentation therefore shall be considered as “Works Made for Hire” (as such are defined under the U.S. Copyright Laws) and, as such, shall be owned by and for the benefit of Yonathan Zetune. All work performed by software developer must be agreed to keep all developed code discrete and cannot be used publicly, given out, or submitted to the app store. Any and all variations of code apply and will be owned by Yonathan Zetune once the project is finished. Software Developer will sign, upon request, any documents needed to confirm that the Software or any portion thereof is a Work Made for Hire and to effectuate the assignment of its rights to Yonathan Zetune. INFRINGEMENTS: Yonathan Zetune shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to prosecute lawsuits against third persons for infringement of its rights in Software. Any lawsuit shall be prosecuted solely at Yonathan Zetune's expense and all sums recovered shall be retained by Yonathan Zetune. Software Developer agrees to fully cooperate with Yonathan Zetune in the prosecution of any such suit and Yonathan Zetune shall reimburse Software Developer for any previously approved expenses that it might incur as a result of such cooperation. TERMINATION Yonathan Zetune shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately in the event that Software Developer fails to meet any of the discussed requirements and rules. In the event that this Agreement is terminated as a result of a breach of this Agreement by Software Developer, Yonathan Zetune shall have the right, in addition to any other claims that it might otherwise have against Software Developer, to complete Software either by itself or through the services of a third.
