I have a Magento 1.9.0.1 store. i used Onepage checkout 3rd party extension as IWD onepage checkout. i wanted to create a City drop down to charge shipping cost based on City. table rates is doing by free webshopapps matrixrate. every thing is working perfect. But webshopapps matrixrate is unable to rate based on city . I want to troubleshoot this.
