I'm an sw engineer with over than 20 years of experience in banking software development. I'm an expert in .NET technologies (VB and C#) and sql server databases. My proposal is to develop a C# App over a multilayer data Access model based in a com+ architecture. The front must be a intranet App, this because it ensures mobility. The app must have a security module. The data layer must be implemented by stored procedures to grant security and robustness. If no sql server is available you can install the express edition (free). For graphic interfaces i use highcharts (full html 5 implementation) and fussion chart (js based) All my projects includes xml and excel export interfaces for any report that is needed. Regards
