Hourly CSS, HTML, and Wordpress Professional - Multiple Staff

We are a training company in the USA looking to hire some developers which will support our clients. We're looking for strong developers with CSS, Wordpress, Photoshop, and HTML experience. Design skills are a plus. Each new developer will be added to our ticketing system and be able to receive projects from our clients. Hours worked can be billed against our account. Developers doing a good job for our clients will likely get assigned more work as we're going to set up the ticketing system by users so that they can contact you directly for more work.
Each of our clients using this system will be billed based upon hours. So the truth is, you could be given quite a bit of work from our clients if you do a good job. We'll be reviewing tickets periodically to review for productivity. But we're looking for guys who can work hard, be detailed, and communicate effectively.
We are an experienced marketing agency as well, with a global team of experts. Please provide a realistic hourly bid, as some weeks you could have up to 30 or 40 hours. Hiring will begin in March sometime. We need a lot of developers, but please only bid if you need some extra freelance work to fill in the gaps. Our goal is to pay $10.00 per hour, but lower bids may receive higher amounts of work.
