I would like to hire a SVG Designer who has worked on geographical maps

We need light weight SVGs of few countries maps showing states/islands. Sample map attached. There needs to be a white border separating regions. Important Points - 1. Each region will be in different color as compared to their neighboring region. 2. There will be light border to separate the regions 3. The final output should be light weight svgs. 4. When we mouse over a particular region, it should get highlighted or show in different color 5. One should be able to click on a selected state
