Estimation application

We want to create an estimation application that should have following features - Login & Registration using Oauth (example Okta) Multi step forms with multiple questions. There will be add more feature for questions. Each question will have some weight/score Last step would produce estimation for the work based on the answer given by users in forms User abilities - User should be able to create estimation project. User should be able to select any technology to start estimation. User should be able to store the state in mongodb at any point of time User should be able to store multiple version of the estimates inside project. User should be able to compare the different version of stored estimates. User should be able to add questions for different requirement during estimation. User should be able to control read & write access on a project. Admin abilities - Admin should be able to modify questions and no application deployment should be required. Admin should be able to create formula for estimation score. In formula, admin should be able to refer the value entered by the user and default score of any question. Admin should be able to give access on any project to any user. Admin should be able to control read & write access on a project. Note - RWD HTML screens should be attractive and will be created by the you. Application should be ready to deploy on Pivotal cloud foundry/IBM cloud. For development purpose, you should use trail accounts.
