CSS changes to retain layout of pages

The URL below displays a list of items in a grid layout using HTML5 columns. Each item in the grid displays an image and a few fields related to the item. Currently if the title is long the title wraps to a second line and the height of the grid item increases. Instead of the card increasing in height I require the contents of the div.card-text to overflow upwards and overflow on top of the image. The CSS for the formatting of the grid and cards is attached. You can inspect the page through you browser, however backend access to the website cannot be provided.
