House Clean after Tenant Vacated

*** House is Located in Cheltenham, South Eastern Suburbs, Victoria *** This is not just a normal clean of a house after a tenant vacated. This is a cleaning job that will take a lot of elbow grease, attention to detail and planned approach. Tenant has vacated and left without cleaning. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, Lounge, Dining areas. All kitchen cabinets, bathrooms and laundry need to be scrubbed inside and out. Spot cleaning of marks on ceilings need cleaned. Dust cleaning of all Venitian Blinds All doors need to be cleaned. All walls need to be washed down with sugar soap. All skirt boards need cleaned. No carpet - all floor boards. Heavy duty floor cleaning / polish would be idea at the end. 2 x bathroom fan grills, 1 x range hood grills need to be removed and run through dishwasher. 1 x ceiling fan needs cleaned 1 x air con unit needs cleaned top/cover and wash removable filters. Oven needs cleaning inside. Degrease around oven area / cabinets and ceiling above oven. Toilets need scrubbed All windows need cleaned inside and out.
