I would like to hire a Website Designer

i need a basic and simple web page it would be for chatting, but only the people to whom i send the link to the web page will be able to access so there should be no inconvenience and problems. i want it to be COMPLETELY anonymous who is chatting and what are they chatting about. it has a simple design if you need a detailed description you can ask me or contact me, and when i mean simple i mean really simple it shouldn't be too complicated just simple animations and simple fonts and backgrounds nothing special... admin(or in this case me) would be giving away the link to the page and i would be giving them the password that is everytime different from the the previous. one and the main portal to enter the page would have just 2 windows: to type in the given password and they user name no e-mail confirmation or any sort of that stuff because i would know who is getting the password its up to them whether they accept or not. i will also need the password "generator" program to make the passwords. if you need any more informations you can contact me on my mail address thank you
