I would like to hire a Furniture Designer.

Hello, I have a retail store located in Qatar, and I would like to request a free-lance furniture designer/3D designer to create a design for two retail display units, that I will have produced and placed in the store. Our shop is a pop-culture specialty store which sells comics, action figures, t-shirts, accessories, posters and more. It is in Doha, Qatar. The store’s interiors are industrially themed (dark colors, lots of metal and dark brown wood). We are looking to display locally made products and we need a well thought out retail display unit. There will be many different items (different sizes and different display needs) so the unit will need to anticipate the display needs (product list will be provided later). The idea is to have two display units; 1. the first unit will have two elements, essentially a part of the unit will be fixed and immovable and the other part of the unit ought to be detachable and portable (for conventions and showcases, this part of the unit has to be extra special). 2. The second unit will be placed against a window. This unit needs to be open backed (so as to avoid blocking the window). The units will need to be multipurpose and will need to be able to host a lot of different products (books, pillows, stationary and homeware etc.) The theme of these new units is “local pop-culture and locally made”, please feel free to present ideas, we will not be holding you to the above (barring the portable display unit, we need this for convention purposes). Store plans, drawings and pictures will be provided.
