Welcome to the beginning.
Consider this job a paid trial. If we work well together, you'll be doing a lot more of the website design and building. However, we will start with you being my subject matter expert on Wordpress Development & all things Divi. I want to rely on you to check my work and help me where I stumble and fail.
Here's a little more about the ideal candidate:
You're a mix of a web developer, UX designer, and teacher.
You are someone who's got an eye for exceptionally intuitive user experience design and has had experience with WordPress and the Divi Theme by Elegant Themes, in particular.
You enjoy being part of a team, collaborating and aren't afraid to ask the difficult questions. You like explaining your ideas in words, sketches, diagrams or wireframes. Problem-solving and troubleshooting bugs are a delight.
You're curious about how all the systems work together to provide tangible benefits to users. You understand and read about digital marketing, it's best practices and new innovations as it relates to building websites.
On top of being a capable web developer/designer, you're able to and enjoy explaining and helping others learn your skills.
