I think after you rent out the property to the tenant he can request for necessary changes in properties like lights, tap change in washroom or something like that. He can submit all this in a request form and you can get it in your mailbox. -- You can can manage all the static pages content from back end admin. We will create a careers page where the jobs will be visible (you can post jobs from back end admin) and the interated candidates can apply. -- Yes the entire website we will design/develop this will be 100% responsive (visible on all type of devices) and pixel perfect. -- Ok.. We will highlight a button on top of the page "Register Your Interest" and upon click this will open a form in popup window in same page and the entered form value posts on your email. -- OK.
