I want to make for people who want to search a offer on the product they want in their city or any other place..... Ic people only search on google ex OFFER NEAR BY ME or OFFER ON SHIRT NEAR BY ME.... THEY SHOULD GET result of all the stores who are selling shirts on offer.... Or if customer search for query and post it with selection of his location bussiness man in that location can bid on it like FREELANCER but in location which one is selected by customer..... And choose the best one for him ......

Because JustDial is a classified website being used for advertisements. Since you need to see "Near By" then location, IP address plays an important role.
