Virtual Receptionist
€12-18 EUR / hour
I need someone who is able to answer a few customer service emails each day, respond to social media comments/postings, and enter in custom designs for my customers using Adobe Illustrator. I am in college and customer service seems to be my weak point, so i'm looking for someone to take a little bit of stress off my shoulders so that I can focus on my strength, social media marketing. For now, the workload is extremely minimal. I'd estimate less than an hour each day, but as my time opens up I expect my store to gain lots more sales. My company is equestrian based so someone who has horse experience is a HUGE plus.
