Update the design of an existing website

Our goal is to transfer all the content of an existing website into a new version. The new version should be based on the Optimizepress 2 theme. - Almost 110 existing pages : content pages, sales pages, contact pages, etc. The idea is to renew the design of the old website and make it responsive site by migrating the content to optimizepress2, with respect of our brand's NEW guidelines (colours, fonts, layouts for visuals). So we will take only the visible content of the existing old website and transfer it to the new site (texts, visuals, create new visuals more polished, links between pages, embeded videos). We are looking for a service provider who has a high level mastery of: 1. Design skills : design creativity to get the ‘WAOU’ effect of a well polished website and get a highly attractive design pages. Create new visuals when needed, or update the size of the images that we’ll provide and / or change the lighting if we need to put them as backgrounds. => Please Provide a link to your portfolio, mainly for sites built with OptimizPRess2. 2. OptimizePress2 theme : you need to have a high level mastery of all specifications, customizations, details of this theme. You need also to master webdevelopment to create custom css when required. Please do not submit an offer if you don’t master Optimizpress2. Here is a list of the main tasks that should be completed for this project: • Make a WP Themes benchmark and selection: short list Optimizpresse2 + 2 other templates + screenshots of their back office • Design of the page flow and the content strategy • Design of the home page • Design of the main pages layout • Building the web site and transfer of all the content • Creation of the contact forms • Filling the meta data SEO for each page: Title, Description and featured image • Connection with google Analytics • Connection with Google Tag Manager • Ensure the security of the web site (Install BackupBuddy or equivalent) • Others : Favicon, Site Map • Check and test everything • Set up the new hosting plan • Transfer of the web site, test and launch • Install a plugin which will back up the site automatically • Offer a support period until end of December 2016 to help solving potential problems Thanks for your offers.
