Update Text / Manuscript in ADobe InDesign FIle

We have an existing White Paper (see attached) that was originally designed using Adobe InDesign. This White Paper was written to promote an Agile Management system called STRIVE. We have since re-branded this system into something called NKRs or "Network Key Results". Because of this re-branding we have to make a series of small, but extensive edits to the manuscript of the original white paper. We now need a HIGHLY SKILLED Adobe InDesign freelancer to take our updated manuscript and carefully replace the old text with the new text. Because we are replacing most of the sections with new text that is 95% the same, but 5% different, you MUST be detail oriented and willing to go through and be vigilant that all the old text is replaced with the new manuscript. We have intentionally left the ENTIRE STRUCTURE of the document intact, but Section Titles and many sentences have been completely changed. Attached is the original paper, as well as the source Adobe InDesign files. Additionally I have attached the DRAFT updates to the manuscript. PLEASE NOTE: We are having a professional proof reader / editor do a final clean-up of the attached draft. LASTLY, our INDD / IDML files are too large too upload, so we'll need to find another suitable mechanism for sharing the native Adobe files.
