Touchscreen interface replacement

Need a new interface for my machine that will control 2 fans and 2 motors with variable times and speeds. Machine can be seen running ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ I currently run a therapy clinic which uses a salt machine to blow salt through the room. The current machine has a touch screen interface which has start, stop and pause buttons. When start is pressed then it starts 2 motors and a fan all with adjustable speeds and the program has a set timer for 1 hour (also adjustable). It also has 2 light outputs which are on when the machine is switched on but when the program starts then 1 light output goes off. At the end of the program it then automatically has a clean mode which switches all the lights back on and stops the 2 motors but not the fan and then starts a secondary fan. At the end of the 15 mins cycle then it goes back to the beginning again. I already have this machine and looking to reuse all the components except the software behind it but happy to replace whatever needs replaced as the software is unreliable and causing problems. This was custom built by previous owner so not a mainstream machine.
