Theme/Template Design for GeN4 PTC Script

I need a template/theme for Gen4 script (fully coded, not just the psd). The theme WILL match an already existing website that I own. Requirements: - Professional design. Clean coding. Acceptable English. - Colors will be changed. Layout will be changed. Navigation will be changed. Pages may be added. - I have made .png mock-ups of the designs needed. - You will be responsible for graphic design of small elements and any coding needed. - Example designs will be provided to the appropriate freelancer. Only for designers/coders that have's experience with GeN4 Script or PTC scripts specifically. Looking to start and finish the project as fast as possible.
