Storyboard artist (add color) -- 2

I need my 24 page storyboard painted, essentially add color. The story is taking place in the early 80's so retro colors are cool, it's also mostly happening at night so lots of black and or dark colors. 1. Storyboard needs to be digitized 2. Add Color theme probably black and whites mostly (check out the video game LIMBO) 3. Make some small modifications to my villain character (Remove claws) 4. Make the Villain Character look like the uploaded image The killer character (Should be attached) Please see my files. He's a scary legend a created and wrote a script for, it's ambiguous if he's a monster, a ghost or a deranged man wearing a mask. He has squirrel like fingers (Not wolverine knives)and a scary looking squirrel head or mask, but he's wearing a trench coat and looks like a early 80's Punk rocker.
