Sports website created for members

I would like to have a simple 4 page sports website built for members to join. The domain name has already been purchased. After members join website the will be able to place bets/wagers on teams. All they will need is to enter the number of teams they want to play and the number of the team they want to wager on. Then a text message will be sent back to us with there selections. Also users and create a parlay pool request. This allows users to pick games and share games they would like to split with other members. Example if the 2 options below. EXample team selection. There are 3 membership account to chose from when joining Basic =$10 per month $30 upfront for 3 month membership no line of credit Silver = $25 per month $75 upfront for 3 month membership no line of credit Gold = $75 per month $150 upfront for 3 months. Comes with $50 instant line of credit after 45 days it increase to $100, after 90 days it increases to $200 1. Chose line of credit. $50, 100, or 200. If member has a $50 line of credit they must use the whole amount on all the games they wish to play. Same goes for the $100 and $200 line of credit. It must be paid back with the fees within 30 days. $50 = $15 fee $100 = $25 fee $200 = $50 fee 2. Select parlay team. Type in the team number. Example 601 Repeat again for another team number up to total for 10 teams maxima 3. Select amount of $50 line of credit. Example $5. Select place wager. Users now must do the process again cause they have $45 remaining dollars and they must use it all to complete the entire process The next option is call the parlay pool. This option allows user to share team picks by creating a parlay for example Joe wants to play a 10 team parlay but he only wants to pick 5 and wants another member to pick the remaining 5 teams and splits the wager. Joe would create a 10 team parlay enter his 5 teams then select parlay pool. This will page every member and the 1st member to activate the request will be in Joe parlay. Joe can select up to how ever many number of players he want to participate when he created parlay pool
