Sports Apparel Designer Needed

I'm launching a new Shopify store in Mid-August and need to hire a Graphic Designer to help out with Shoe/Flip Flop/T-Shirt/Sock designs. My store will contain custom shoes - Men's High Top, Men's Low Top, Men's Slip On, Men's Running Kid's Running Women's High Top, Women's Low Top, Women's Slip On, Women's Casual (Tom's) Flip Flops Socks Backpacks All apparel will be centered around High School team mascots and color schemes. My target customer is 12 to 30 years old. Youth teams will also be target customers. I'm looking for someone proficient and experienced with apparel design and can work under a deadline to produce around 10-15 unique shoe designs in 3 weeks and include 10-12 mascots and 12 color variants per design. I have access and rights to various mascot designs and you would have permission to use these in any design necessary for this project.
