Social Matchmaking and Social Media Website -- 2

We are seeking someone to development a Social Matchmaking and Social Media Website. The website will be responsive and when seen on a cell phone, be able to resize it self to be seen effectively. We will require the program to be custom made and not made on Wordpress, or other similar blogging system. After all major details are given; we will need the candidate to give us a fix cost. We will not work with anyone who is requesting an hourly payment so if you require an hourly payment, please don't reply to this job. The candidate we choose must have prior experience in development of Social Media Website or Matchmaking website. App Development on Android and OS is also a plus. The person must be sincere and honest and provide character references as well. The person must be a Savvy programmer with graphic arts capability or work with someone in conjunction who has art graphics capability. Please note that the Candidate must be able to communicate efficiently in English and follow directions closely, not have to have us repeat the instructions twice to get things done. The candidate will need to have a strong background in matching algorithim in a web environment and also the mechanics of how social media works, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus and so on. The Candidate must have some general knowledge of SEO when creating the site. This is a must. The candidate will also have knowledge in setting up an a real time chat room on the page, payment gateway, cloud storage and database MSQL. Will need quick turnaround such as 4 to 8 weeks and be committed to work with us on a full time daily basis and willing to be able to make as many edit as need to within reason. After the website is completed, we will require that the candidate show us the website on a temporary hosting server. The candidate will also communicate with our hosting company to advise them of the requirement. The candidate will give us the source codes to the website when completed. If the work is satisfactory, we will consider to continue hire the candidate on ongoing basis to provide us with updates .
