3 sketches, graphical profile and a header illustration for web portal + poster design for print

We are making an info-portal with email subscription for the neighbours (private houses, schools, nursing homes, shops etc) of a construction project. We want a graphical profile for the website (fonts, image guidelines etc) that would be stylistically compatible all the builders on the project and that would present the area as an attractive place people would like to move into. This is not meant to be a sales channel for the apartments sold by the builders, but rather an info portal about the construction process for people already living in the area or people who already bought apartments. The site would nevertheless have to give an attractive impression of the area, as potential buyers might view the site. The design is to be implemented by our front-end developer in Wordpress. We need the following from the designer: * Graphical profile * 3 sketches / ideas on what the website should look like (responsive design) * Graphical illustration / header image that easily explains to the viewer what the area is about * 3 ideas on what the website should look like * A poster (A3) for marketing the info portal The area is marketed as an area that is urban but with easy access to nature, sports activities, schools and shopping. Please give a cost estimate and when you can start working on the project.
