Single page responsive Wordpress Website

I am looking for a web developer to build a responsive Wordpress website from the attached design. I have the psd file, with all of the design elements, and I am looking for a skilled designer to bring the site to life.
Key aspects of the site include:
- responsive on all devices (think mobile first)
- easily editable in Wordpress
- must be optimized for SEO and SEM
- must also be have quick load time (perhaps utilize lazy loading)
- The website will use RSS and API's to pull information from news articles and Facebook, twitter, linked in
- great UX/UI (I have some examples of how I want it to move. SVG animation experience will be a plus
This is stage one of the project. Depending on the winning bidder, you may commissioned to develop stage two with will include an e-commerce module and a customized sound player.
To be eligible for this project please show me TWO of your best web designs.
