Hi! I am an illustrator and have been drawing anime/children's styles for about 5 years now. I believe I can mimic the style you have given as an example easily enough and I have Paint tool SAI and Photoshop as well as a tablet so there will be no need for scanning as I can draw digitally straight away. My proposal is per episode between 3 and 6 panels for each episode.

I also work for my graphic novel, so you can trust me. I am not good at script which contains lots of action, super heroes but I am good at in funny, childish, absurd things in everyday life.
